1. GripTok is a supplementary product that adds convenience to smartphone use, and is not a product that prevents damage to the smartphone from falling or absorbs shock.
Damage to the smartphone and GripTok due to falling is consumer negligence and cannot be compensated.
2. The adhesive performance of the GripTok may vary depending on the condition or nature of the surface to which it is attached.
3. Devices with enhanced anti-fingerprint and anti-dirt coatings (e.g., iPhone7 in black) may not stick well or may fall off easily.
Please be sure to use this product after installing a case, and please note when purchasing and using GripTok.
4. It does not stick well to curved, uneven, or contaminated surfaces. Sweat or fingerprints on the adhesive will reduce its adhesion.
5. We recommend that you use GripTok with a separate case that has been tested for adhesion on devices that may not be stable.
(Attachment may not be possible for cases made of leather or with irregularities).
6. Some protective cases on the market can create physical and chemical changes in the GripTok adhesive due to the material used. (In the case of leather cases, the material may be damaged.)
7. Do not use thinner or organic solvents for cleaning.
8. Be sure to hold bulky and heavy tablet PC products by hand to avoid the risk of dropping them.
9. Do not use GripTok with a wireless charger, as this may prevent the charging function from working properly. We are not responsible for any problems caused by mixing with wireless chargers.
10. Due to the nature of the material, there may be residual scratches.
11. The color of the product may be slightly different from the actual color depending on the monitor specifications.
