(MHN Sports, Esther Jung) – Actress Kim Sae-ron was found dead at her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on the 16th. She was 25 years old.

According to police reports, a friend who had arranged to meet Kim that day became concerned after being unable to reach her. The friend went to her residence around 4:50 PM and discovered her unresponsive, immediately notifying the authorities. Police and emergency responders arrived at the scene, but no signs of forced entry or foul play were found. Authorities stated that an investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of death.

Kim Sae-ron made her debut in the 2009 film A Brand New Life and gained recognition for her performances in The Man from Nowhere and The Neighbors.

A former child actress known for her strong acting skills, Kim had an active career in various projects. However, she withdrew from the entertainment industry and remained out of the public eye following a DUI incident in May 2022.
