Momotsuki Nashiko Shuts Down Retirement and Marriage Rumors

Japanese actress and model Momotsuki Nashiko has firmly addressed speculation about her potential marriage and retirement from the entertainment industry.
On April 18, Nashiko took to her personal social media account to clarify that she has no plans to tie the knot or step away from her career.

The buzz began when Nashiko shared a reflective post the previous day, musing, "Will I still be introducing myself as 'Momotsuki Nashiko' when I'm 40? Really?" She went on to express that while she doesn't fear aging, she feels a sense of urgency to pursue her passions while she's in her prime.

As her post gained unexpected traction, Nashiko quickly followed up to quash any rumors. "I have absolutely no thoughts of retiring or getting married. At least not right now," she emphasized.
When a fan commented, "Isn't it time to consider settling down?" Nashiko didn't mince words, replying, "I have zero desire to get married at the moment," leaving no room for misinterpretation.

The 28-year-old Aichi Prefecture native has been making waves in Japan's entertainment scene since her modeling debut in 2017. She successfully transitioned into acting with her breakout role in "Mashin Sentai Kiramager" in 2020.
Since then, Nashiko has been on a roll, starring in the "Yodonna" spin-off series and appearing in various dramas, films, and stage productions. She's also become a familiar face in broadcast and digital content.
Nashiko's career shows no signs of slowing down. Her agency, Zeroichi Familia, confirms she's currently starring as Ando Ayaka in the NTV drama "Will We Become a Couple Again? Camouflage Couple."
