CORTIS Celebrates 1st Anniversary with Record-Breaking ’REDRED’ Hits 100 Days at #1 on Spotify
Cortis Dominates Music, Albums, and Live Performances, Proving Global Impact on Eve of First Anniversary

As Cortis approaches its first anniversary, the K-pop sensation has added another impressive feat to its growing list of achievements. The title track "REDRED" from their sophomore mini-album has clinched the top spot on Spotify's Korea chart for a record-breaking 100 days. This milestone comes as the group continues to see a surge in global listeners, album sales, and sold-out North American tour dates, cementing their status as K-pop's newest powerhouse.
Cortis representatives confirmed on the 13th that "REDRED" secured its 100th day at number one on Spotify's Daily Top Song Korea chart on the 11th. The track had previously set a record for most number-one days among K-pop group songs when it hit 70 days on July 12th. Since then, it has continued to shatter its own benchmarks, showcasing remarkable staying power.
The group's dominance extends to weekly charts as well. "REDRED" has maintained its reign at the top of the Weekly Top Song Korea chart for 15 consecutive weeks, as recorded from August 31st to September 6th. It has also held a spot on the Weekly Top Song Global chart for 15 weeks, indicating strong and consistent international appeal.
Cortis's global fandom metrics are equally impressive. The group's monthly Spotify listeners have skyrocketed past 12.9 million, with the United States, Indonesia, and South Korea leading in listener share. This rapid accumulation of a massive global audience, less than a year after their debut, underscores their swift ascent in the music industry.
Album sales tell a similar story of success. On the August 15th Billboard charts, their second mini-album "GREENGREEN" made a stunning 75-spot leap to number 39 on the Billboard 200. It also claimed the top position on the World Albums chart and secured second place on Top Album Sales, further solidifying their global market impact. By late July, Circle Chart reported cumulative sales of 3,365,846 copies, with over 3 million sold in South Korea alone.
Cortis continues to make waves with their live performances. Following a standout show at Lollapalooza Chicago on August 1st, the group embarked on a sold-out North American tour across six cities, concluding on the 16th. With this trifecta of success in streaming, album sales, and live shows, anticipation is building for what the group will accomplish as they mark their first year in the industry.
Cortis is set to celebrate their first anniversary on September 18th. The festivities will continue with the "2026 CORTIS TOUR 'PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN' BIRTHDAY PARTY" at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium on the 22nd and 23rd, where they'll share this milestone with their dedicated fanbase.
