Tiffany Young’s Marriage Transformation: How Her Husband Byun Yo-han Changed Her Life
Tiffany Young: "Marriage Empowers Me... Husband Byun Yo-han Rushed to My Debut Performance in Tears"

Singer and musical actress Tiffany Young recently opened up about how her husband, actor Byun Yo-han, transformed her views on marriage, despite her initial reluctance.
During a press interview for the musical "Yumi's Cells" at the Seoul Arts Center on the 21st, Young revealed, "I've always been a meticulous planner with a strong drive for my career. Marriage wasn't on my radar until I met my husband through this project."
She continued, "I just knew he was the one. Byun's steadfast nature gave me a sense of security when he took the lead." The couple's romance blossomed after co-starring in the 2024 Disney+ drama "Uncle Sam-sik." Following the production, Byun made the first move, initiating their relationship. Young kept their romance under wraps, even from her Girls' Generation bandmates, for a year before tying the knot in February, becoming the group's first married member.
Gushing about her husband, Young shared, "He's my biggest cheerleader. He was there for my first show, shedding more tears than anyone." She also disclosed Byun's sweet gesture of surprising her with a coffee truck at the venue, quipping, "If only I'd known, I would have dressed up!"
Reflecting on married life, Young expressed, "Marriage has given me newfound strength. Having a life partner truly changes your perspective. It feels like I've turned a new page." She added, "We admire each other's work ethic and always eagerly anticipate each other's projects."
"Yumi's Cells," adapted from the wildly popular webtoon that has amassed 3.5 billion views, chronicles the adventures of the cells inhabiting Kim Yumi, an ordinary 30-something office worker.
Young takes on the lead role of Yumi in the musical, which runs at the CJ Towol Theater in the Seoul Arts Center until August 23.
