Following the concert, Donghae took to social media to post a lengthy handwritten letter in Cantonese.

In the heartfelt message, he wrote, \”First and foremost, I want to express my sincerest apologies to all of you. I promised to create a joyful and memorable experience at the start of the show, but I failed to keep that promise. I’m truly sorry.\”

The K-pop star continued, \”I believe this injury is ultimately the result of my failure to properly care for myself. I’m deeply upset and heartbroken about this situation.\” Donghae assured fans that he would seek immediate medical treatment and focus on recovery upon his return to Korea.

This tour marks a significant milestone for Donghae, as it’s his first solo venture since his debut. Following the release of his debut solo album ‘ALIVE’, he embarked on a seven-city Asian tour, kicking off in Seoul this May. The tour includes stops in Taipei, Hong Kong, Osaka, Tokyo, Kaohsiung, and Macau.
